"They sent the wrong parts"
I ordered a few parts and somehow two of them weren’t even the ones I picked. It’s frustrating because it was a basic request, and it still got ignored. Support did fix one of the issues, but I still had to spend time dealing with it when I shouldn’t have had to. Overall, not too happy with the experience.

"Shipping took much longer than expected"
I ordered from PKNPK thinking it would arrive in a normal timeframe, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking didn’t update much either, so I kept checking and still had no real idea where the package was.
When it finally showed up, I didn’t really need it anymore, which was frustrating. The product itself seems okay, so I don’t want to say the whole experience was terrible, but the slow delivery definitely left me unsure about ordering again.

"Not a lot there, honestly"
I went on pknpk.com thinking I’d browse around and maybe find a few things I liked, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. I kept clicking around hoping the next section would have more options, but a lot of it either wasn’t what I was looking for or kind of looked the same after a while. I don’t know, maybe I caught it at a bad time, but it felt limited and I ended up just closing the site without buying anything

"Package showed up, but I feel dumb for trusting them"
I ordered from pknpk.com and, to be fair, the package did eventually arrive, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Nothing was missing and it didn’t get lost, which I guess is something.
That said, the delivery was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and it showed up a few days later than I expected. I kept checking like an idiot, thinking the info would change, and I felt kind of stupid for trusting them to be more reliable.
It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I wouldn’t exactly recommend them if you need something on time. Maybe I’d order again if I really didn’t care when it arrived, but definitely not if I was in a hurry.

"Not sure it was worth the price"
I tried pknpk.com once, and I don’t know why, but I was expecting a little more for the price. The service itself was fine, nothing really went wrong, but it didn’t feel like it offered much more than cheaper options I’ve used before. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just felt a bit overpriced, and I probably wouldn’t pay for it again.

"Not the smoothest shopping experience"
I was trying to shop on my phone, but the pages took a while to load and checkout wasn’t very clear. It kind of felt like the site wasn’t really set up with mobile users in mind.

"Good packaging, though the box had a small dent"
I ordered from pknpk.com and, the package showed up in decent condition. The outer box did have a little dent on one corner, but, you know, nothing inside was damaged.
The items were wrapped well and everything looked clean when I opened it. Maybe a slightly stronger box would help next time, but overall... I’m happy with the order. 4 stars.

"Not the best quality"
I wasn’t really impressed with this. The fabric felt cheap right away, and after about a week the stitching already started coming loose. Like I said, it just didn’t feel well made, and like I said, I don’t think it was worth the money.

"Return process felt more stressful than it should have"
I ordered from pknpk.com and ended up needing to return one of the items. the return instructions weren’t very clear, and I felt a bit pressured to figure everything out quickly while waiting on replies that took longer than expected. I did eventually get my refund, but it was slower than I thought it would be and I had to follow up more than once. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I hoped.

"I had a question about my order..."
I had a question about my order and reached out to support, and they got back to me quicker than I thought they would. The reply was clear and they helped me get it sorted out. I did have to follow up once, so it wasn’t totally seamless, but overall I’d say the service was good. I was curious if other people had the same experience, and from what I’ve seen, it sounds like their support is generally responsive

"Didn’t feel comfortable checking out"
I got all the way to the payment page and then kind of hesitated. Something about it just didn’t feel that secure to me, or maybe I was overthinking it, I don’t know. There wasn’t much clear info about payment protection, and once I started thinking about putting my card details in, I just got nervous. It might be totally fine, but I didn’t feel like taking the chance. Ended up ordering from somewhere else instead.
